1.What elements (parts/things) could be included in a strong introduction for a persuasive essay?
2.Choose one topic (that you have not chosen before) and make a t-chart of pros and cons. Try to think of as many arguments for and against as you can.

b)Should laptops be allowed in the classroom?
c)Should elementary school students and their families be allowed to choose which subjects a student learns?

Example: Due to the fact that it is very expensive, difficult to install and not really needed in the summertime, since students are not even at school, I do not think (I do not feel/it would be a bad decision for) that Willowdale Middle School should use Geothermal energy for heating and cooling.
